Michael Clay is Principal at Clay CPA Firm, where he focuses on accounting and financial management for corporations and partnerships, along with tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses.

His experience includes more than 20 years in private industry as a Director of IT / Operations and Director of Accounting at a large wholesale distribution company with multiple Florida locations, plus more than 10 years in public accounting, including extensive QuickBooks implementations and preparation of individual and corporate tax returns.
